What is WebMoney Passport?

WebMoney Transfer has a special verification service allowing members to gain the status of verified WebMoney Transfer users. Procedure of obtaining a Personal Passport for WebMoney

1. Sign up at the website of Attestation Center
   If you are a member of the WebMoney system, go to passport.wmtransfer.com / "Control panel" / "Log in" and get authorization for a same keeper for which you are going to get a passport.
   If you are not registered in the WebMoney system, please register.

2. Choose a Registrar to get a passport
   Control panel, "Receiving a new passport", open "Receive a Personal passport" link. System forwards you to the page with a list of Registrars, please select "Web-Money" WMID#141938915699 and press "Receive a passport"

3. Payment
   In the Control panel press "Pay" button, authorize "Keeper" and make payment for obtaining a passport. Your passport's current state will be marked as a "Passport has been paid, waiting for Registrar's authorization check".

4. Full set of documents that are necessary to get a personal passport

IMPORTANT!
Please print and fill original application form, without corrections and errors. The application must be filled in by the applicant ONLY. Please fill the form but DO NOT SIGN IT! You must only sign at our office with the presence of a Registrar when you submit the full set of required documents. Your contact information will be checked by the Registrar and WebMoney Attestation Center, therefore this information must be correct and valid. If the given information is not 100% correct, the passport will not be issued.
